6 months is so quick for an interview ! Amazing . Did they say it was an interview or to bring passport and two photos ???
Did people who sent letters of support for their sponsorship application have them notarized ?

Nope , I had everyone who wrote a letter on our behalf to include there number at the bottom if they had any further questions or wanted conformation that they wrote it
When do Acedentes Penales expire? I've had mixed information with some saying 6 months and others saying 12 months?
Thanks everyone!

One year , but order a new one a few months prior to yours expiring because it can take up to 40 days to get a new one . And could delay visa if called for an interview and they don't have an updated one and there current one is expired
It cannot be more than 3 months old when sent with application and actually is always asked for a new one at the time of visa issue if more than 1 year. Our app was sent in July 2014 and we had to have 3 done and the interview was Jan 4,2016.
It is in interview I think it's moving a little faster now and now hubby got the police again just in case we need told him to go and get a new one to bring to Havana

cause I'd he is approved on spot he wants to come home on Friday June 17 with me on airplane.
If it is not on spot how long after do they get visa? Anyone know approx timing?

I am going to be there in car waiting outside are you coming to Cuba for interview hapeekarn?
So still to this day I have not heard anything about Havana saying they received the medical form as it was sent and put in at the same time as the rest of the application. Havana has only put on the immigration site that they started to view the application on April 6th and I already know of two people who sent their application two weeks later than mine and they have confirmation that Havana has their medical forms almost a month ago or so already. What does this mean?
For those who had no interview did you receive something saying medical form was in after a month or so or did it take a long time for them to put that up? :-\ ???
if you order your GCMS notes it should give you more info on the status of your application It is $5 and takes approx 30 days.

I have head people didn't even have the note medical results received and updated untill after their Husbands were here , it depends on who is working on your file and if they update it online or not

For those who want to know when to request their GCMS notes, I would say to do it 4-5 months after Sponsor has pass his/her eligibility.
To clarify this, the GCMS notes will only basically say "Received, Started, Completed".
My suggestion would be to order your notes every two weeks after you pass the 18 week mark (once it's in Cuba). This would cost between $30 (for a 7-month time) and $80 (for a 12-month time). By staggering the request dates, you have a much better feeling for the progress of your case.
