Hubby is from Holguin! There was a million ppl there when he went and he lined up at 6am. He explained our situation (that I was coming with my parents and grandma and we are hoping that we will all fly back together. They said it wasnt a problem, but if for whatever reason he doesnt get the visa by feb 11th he has to start over with the pre. Really hoping everything will be simple in that regards, and we have tons and tons of proof about continuing relationship. Been there 3 times since we submitted, and I started out putting our BBM convos on a word document and just 2 days worth is 21 pages!!! the annoying part is when I send it through email, the convo gets put in one lump text so I'm spacing it into texting format so its more clear. 9 days till I leave and 12 for the interview... aaaahhhhh!!!
Hi Avana, I am wondering if you could give me some information on how you were able to get him the phone to bbm. I called Rogers today and they had no clue as to what I was talking about. My hunny lives in Ciego de Avila and they have no access to wireless so not sure if it would even work out. Any info you could provide me would be fantastic. Thanks so much

I don't think the online system is of any use for tracking the status of the application but would like to hear what others' experiences have been

Hi there, I was wondering if you could tell me how long after you son meeting his now wife it was before they got married. I am just curious as to whether or not that time frame has anything to do with how quickly they get you through the immigration process.

They met in November 2010...Married in August 2012...filed November 16, 2012 and she received her visa on February 21, 2013
