If you can't get on their site, try booking it through redtag or selloff.
I had a hard time trying to book with Cubana the last time and they wouldn't accept a credit card online, so I had to go to the office to book it.

Got my gcsm notes....having a hard time reading them lol

Only visible note was about his medical, says something about having a condition that would require medical care....his only issue is high blood pressure....
Gonna take my time reading them, I prob won't be able to see straight by the end of the day tryin to read them on my phone!

These only took 20 days to come back so that was pretty good.

well that is good shuster2210...that still follows our timelines cause mine was opened in havana on july 11th........so if you order now it will probably take the full 30 days!!!!

DDG....I did not order my notes until interview was requested.....timing obviously has to be right cause shuster2210 ordered hers and nothing substantial at all and she is going to re-order. It took my file 3 weeks to get to Havana.....and then another 5/6 weeks before they opened it.....then within 10 days of opening it seemed there was alot of action.........

When I look up my file with the application number and my husbands info it says Medical Recieved. When I look to see explanations for these, it falls under Decision Made. How is this possible?

It's under decision made because the decision has been made that you are approved as a sponsor.

Under his number that is on the AOR you should see application receive (date)
And medical results have been received
