My address, application received March 5, 2013 and medicals received. And yours?

I'm hoping the strike does not effect Havana and others as well. If it does, my other hope is that the strike does not last long!

no, it's not someone that I know that received the visa but people from this board with other Visa Offices. Looks like not all Visa Office are on strike or totally on strike

I just wanted to share with you guys that 2 people received visa last week and havana received they application in mid march so that's not bad hopefully we soon on the list .I know this info because they posted the neww in the other forum cuba amor

Hi, my ECAS is still the same. Although for a week it wouldn't let me check and directed me to strike information. Today I see that I can check again. I'm considering ordering the CAIPS notes, may be a bit early but I'm really curious. Will let you know if I do.

Yeah, I hate to say it but everything is still the same on mine. And still nothing from my representative so I gather the Embassy has not contacted her in anyway yet. Keep me posted and I will keep you guys posted. Hope to hear something soon, I know we all do.

3 weeks and I take the airplane to be with my wife in Cuba !!!! It's the good news from me so far!
I wish she could take the airplane to come back home with me...

Hola everyone! How is your apps doing p90x, liajoi and sandiva? anymore recent news? Does anyone know why I can't register on the cubaamor.org site? I am still waiting for a reply from my lawyer on the request of an update She sent to the the Embassy. I still have not heard a thing.

apparently on cubaamor, there have been visa approvals from people who submitted applications in march of this year...and they got called to pick up visas this week and next...so i have no idea whats happening with the other applications...
your lawyer emailed the embassy for an update as to what the status is of your file u mean?

hopefully you get some news from your lawyer soon, as i undestand it, havana is working fast

No nothing new on my side, still waiting and ECAS still the same, not showing any work on my application

I just got a phone call from my wife. The embassy called her yesterday and said that I need to pay for her landing fee. But I am pretty sure I already payed for everything to my lawyer for all fees. Does anyone know what this all means now.

I guess you had to pay 1040$ total with your application but you didn't include the 490$ for permanent residency ? is this what they mean by "landing fee" ?

You should check for that I think

The good thing is that they called your wife yesterday, so they are working on your application !
