No , still waiting. I have been informed, that the status "Decision Made" means "In Process" until the Oath invitation is received. That response was yesterday, to the webform query sent to IRCC, a month after decision made.
Technically their narrative is correct because if criminality expires (in case of Fingerprints) the status goes back to in process, and this has happened few times already with some people.
