Hi guys. I am working in USA on H1b. I am planning to get my first stamping of H1B in Canada. So, does COPR helps in expediting this stamping process?
Also, what if the visa officer denies my stamping, then can I travel back on AVR rule. Please, can someone suggest ASAP.

coPR doesn't help in expediting your stamping process. However, if you could only get an Visa Interview in your scenario you should be able to use AVR as the turnaround time is 2-3weeks max but if you were given an option to Send documents(dropbox) you cannot use AVR as the minimum time is anywhere between 4-6weeks to get back your passport with Visa stamped.
The best thing is do your landing and go back on AVR and think about stamping later.
