I submitted only what was asked. Passport, copy of I-797 since I didn't have original, PR card copy, DS-160 confirmation page, 3rd page of courier receipt and 1 photo

LCA is only for H1B1 Visa (temporary employment of nonimmigrant aliens in specialty occupations from Chile and Singapore.)

Hi ..how do I check the received status? I tried to put in DS160, Passport no & Last Name. My application was delivered on 08/30. Should I wait one more day to show up or should I change some details that I am using to check the status?

You can keep trying in ceac website. I too sent passports on 09/03 and awaiting status update.

Thank you all for your experiences. Can someone please let me know the list of documents you guys sent? I am confused because the instructions only asked for a few but my employer gave me 80 more pages to add to the packet:

1. I-129 Form
2. Education Evaluation
3. Itnerary
4. Petition Letter
5. LCA
6. Offer Letter
7. Employment Letter
8. Cover Letter

Should i send all of these or just send what the instructions say? Please share your experiences which will help alot of people.
