I paid the fees and submitted the application on 8th Sep, Still waiting for email instructions for Dropbox. It shows the estimated time for instructions is 5 weeks. How long does it actually take?

which location is this?? and is this your first time stamping in Canada?

In my case it took nearly 10-15 business days to get the instructions email ( It's for Toronto consulate )

Not sure what is their criteria list to send instructions: either for first timers or if its Toronto consulate its taking a while. For me i got the same day instructions for Ottawa for my second time stamping.

Sept 6 : Docs reached consulate.
Sept 11 : DS-160 status changed to 'Application Received'.

No update since then. Any idea how long will it take to see an update? I have an International travel planned in Oct!

I am on work permit in Canada, Do I need to answer yes or no to this question. Pls confirm.
