A few months back - At the POE, my H1b was revoked by CBP and I was asked to apply for a new H1B petition and re-enter with a new visa stamping, as my employer had messed my previous LCA filing.
Will this affect my Canada Express Entry application ??

It won't impact your EE application as long as you declare it.
