H1B expiring but filed for Canada Work permit

Hi,

I am on H1B Visa in USA currently which is expiring in July 1st week. Meanwhile, I have filed Canada ICT (Intra Company Transfet) Work permit from USA and my bio metrics given around June 1st week. No update till now. Now, I have to go back to india July 1st week since my H1B is expiring.

Here my questions are
1. What happens if my Canadian work permit gets approved once i leave USA? How will i get it stamped?
2. Can i get it stamped from any VAC in india? or i have send my passports to Newyork VAC only? or Should i have to initiate fresh application from India?

I am not sure, what should i have to do in my case. Looking forward for some ideas & answer for my questions.

You can get the Visa from India. The case may need to be transferred to India Visa office and that may add a week or two in processing time. Inform them about your move immediately after you move.
