I screwed myself by coming with 2 public holidays in consecutive weeks lmao.

Mine is a H-1B1 not a H-1B, less documents involved but still a subcategory of H-1B.

Turns out the software is hella limited on their end and they added a space after my last name to meet the 5 character minimum count for surname.

I have no idea what on earth is going on with my application, does anyone have a timeline on how long after its been approved it'll ship out?

After approved generally the next working day or 2 it turns “Issued” and then the next day they send you tracking info.

Yeah not sure whats with my ping pong status updates though... Everyone else's seems to be relatively smooth sailing, but bouncing back between application received and approved is weird to me, and couple that with the administrative processing, now that's weird.

No, I paid the fees and submitted the application on OCT 3,2023
Received email instruction next day ( even though they said it might take 5 weeks for consular authorization to mail the documents)

Thank you. No they dont update anything in that website; I checked the Visa status in https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

My 4yr old daughter was not eligible for dropbox and have visa interview scheduled on Dec 8th at Toronto. I am checking everyday to reschedule but no dates available. We need to wait for 2 more months to get her visa stamped. Has anyone expedited Visa interview for H4 with this kind of reason?
