i am planning to send my AINP nomination related docs along with all pcc's soon.
my question is, currently i am in US but after sending these docs, if incase i go back home country (due to end of h1b), will AINP continue to work on my case in a normal way or it will make some difference or issue.

Actually it is CIC, not AINP, which will work on your case once you receive your nomination, and moving back to your home country during CIC process will not be an issue since you do not have to maintain H1-B status after receiving your nomination certificate. CIC will probably transfer your case to a visa office in your home country if you notify CIC the change of address/H1-B status (but I haven't seen such a case in the forum yet). And if CIC transfers the case, there may be some difference in processing time depending on visa offices. [*it is important to notify not only CIC but also AINP about the changes in address or status.]
Or it may even be possible to use US address (such as friend's or family's address in US) to continue the process and other forum members may have better ideas on this (I remember someone in the forum mentioned about this type of cases, but I'm sorry I'm not familiar with this).
I think this is a frequent question. Sorry for asking again. Please give full details(like go to particular website, docs needed, fees, etc), so that this answer can be useful to so many people.
1. Can anybody tell what's process to get PCC from Georgia and Texas (is rules same for all states in US).
2. Do I need to attend in-person to get PCC from Georgia (ie. right now I am in Texas state). How much time it will take to get PCC.
I am very much thankful to everyone who responds to this questions.
Re: H1-Alberta PNP-nominations NOV'09 and later+PCC, FBI,CIC application discuss
Omar, I think I can explain - the rows have been color coded to demarcate the applications according to the month when they were received by CIC. So all the applications for one month are yellow, then for the next month they are blue and so on...

Hi Jasper,
Was just checking the tracking spreadsheet. Any reason some rows are highlighted yellow?

Re: H1-Alberta PNP-nominations NOV'09 and later+PCC, FBI,CIC application discuss
Cool! Good to see many of our cases progressing now.
I note from our CIC tracker that none of the 2010 applicants have gone beyond the MO/Check encashed date. Is that so? Can folks on this thread please check the pdf file at http://tinyurl.com/AINP-Tracking-System and let us know if your case (especially if your checks got encashed in Jan 2010) has progressed ?
Thanks!

Hi omardalian,
I called bank today and found that my Cashier's Check had been cashed on Apr 20. My application reached Buffalo on Mar 25, so it took almost a month.
