I am planning to apply for PCC for me, my wife and my birth certificate together(in houston india consulate) . Can I make the payments for these three together with one payment for return shipping(20 + 20 for pcc of me and my wife and 20 for birth certificate and 20 for return shipping). have any one of you did this way(just one return shipping fee for all together since I am shipping everything together)

Hello guys, My state PCCs and home country PCC are about to expire within a month. I had sent my fingerprints card to FBI at the beginning at December. Nothing heard yet. I'm gonna send my application to CIC without FBI report. An explanation letter regarding this situation may be more than enough. I'll keep you uptodate

I would say goahead and send it without PCC's, I submitted my application without any PCC's and my check got en-cashed.

All,

How recent (Both Home and State ) PCC as well as Photos have to be ? Due to delaying with FBI report, I might have to order all olf them again.

It should not be more than 3 months old. Like others even my PCC will expire if there is anymore delay in FBI report but i do not plan to re-apply for PCCs instead plan to send CIC application without FBI.

I applied on dec 2nd for my FBI certi. Called them today and got info that I am in the final stage of the process and can expect to get it in 1-2 weeks.

First of all I would like to thank you for this update. This will help all of us to estimate when can we expect hours based on your time line. You are the one of the very first AINP nominee who applied for FBI (First week of Dec). I think Jasper also applied @ same time.

Again Please post or update us as soon as you get any information regarding your FBI reports.

Hi Guys,

I had been to the Indian Consulate in NYC. Trust me... its gave me a quick snapshot of how things are going to be when you return to India.

I am here not telling that its bad to go back to India... I am here talking about the sorry state of affairs... old people being sent back to get documents photocopied in this cold weather.... old people loosing their temper when asked for additional documents when submitting their application for various purposes.... God help...

It was actually told for fun... "It happens only in Indya"...

Anyways.... my passport was renewed in NYC consulate and my wives was from b'glore... so the middle aged lady goddess in the counter ordered me to remit both the passports... and to collect my passport/PCC on the same day and my wives after approx a month... I thought bollock why the heck should I give my ppts.. but then thought no use conversating with the human goddess.. I gave my ppt and told her that will contact them after a month for submitting my wives ppt...

End result I will loose one more may day of my billing as I work as a consultant...

I did not listen when my dear friend advised that I should get my PCC in India by spending some red backs (INR )

I wonder if India will ever change... not that its bad now

Mine was around 3rd week of Dec.... i am much behind you guys....i think Jasper was the first one to apply for FBI.
