MY only family has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, I am the only family to her as well.

but i have a diploma in Ottawa and lived there for almost 6 years before i went back to my country. i didnt choose to stay in canada back then. Now i dont know if they will give me a pr. let me stay to take care of my mom, she is PR.

2019 when my mom was informed she had cancer. basically i gave up everything i had in home country come to support her.

2017 i left.
i run business in home country but now i am out of status. no choice. i cannot leave, because she needs 24 hour care plus all the doctors and nurses contact me directly.

Put all proofs from doctors, social workers, hospitals, also pictures letters from you, your mother and your relatives/friends saying that you are an important person in their life and especially for your mom

inform IRCC that you are the best person to take care of your mother, and that she prefers you not other people, that you support her mentally and physically, she just need you not her other children or her friends, try to explain that you are the most important one in her life, she can write a good letter for example to say that.
