I think wait and reapply would be better, I would like to have my application análise by different office.
But until then, what can happen to me? Are they gonna send me deportation order?

I’m from a country with high rate of crimes and violence. Also risk of poverty, unemployment. The economy over there is very bad. I don’t have family support, I was abandoned by my mother when I was a baby. My father asked me to move on with my life when I finished high school. my husband only have his parents who already take care of his schizophrenic sister. So both of us are by ourselves in life. Here my husband works for a big company, he is well paid,I just started working. we’ve been paying taxes, helping our community. Here we can provide a good life for our child. I don’t know what else we needed to be approved. I’m devastaded.

@GrecchiJu be strong please, they will not deport you, deportation is a complicated process, you still have chances, may i know what was your arguments about hardship ?

if you have valid passport they can deport you in 3 days

Yes, they sent it to my lawyer email.

I don’t know much but I would maybe try doing it yourself to see if you have any luck checking every evidence yourself and make sure your application is well prepared . A lot of person here have bad luck with lawyers atleast u have an understanding of the process . Listen to @Ayanna these guys have a lot of experience .

We’ve been living here for 4 years. My child is five and a half years old.

It isn’t clear still what is immigration next step after refusing me. My lawyer said it is only keep my address updated and if they want to deport me, they are gonna call me for a interview. So it is that? Just wait and hope they don’t call me and I have time to apply for the second time?
