I have received AOR after 2 months of submitting.
They said my application is incomplete
My question is: are they assigned an officer for my file or not yet.

If your application is incomplete you need complete before they refuse it

It will NEVER go to same officer. It’s a rule. A completely different officer will be assigned who will check all point raised at the appeal to take a decision. You have very good chance to add new support documents and update your narrative. You have to listen to your tape consistently to remind yourself the responses you had given on every point in the last hearing.

Do you guys believe that I got my PR card when I open my mail box to pick up the mail 10 minutes ago there was a envelope my name on it when open it was a PR card surprise

Her family are supporting her all the way. They only wish that IRCC will grant her case for Humanitarian Ground.

I think she should give it a shot. She stands good chance considering her disability status.
