Same here - we got email from officer in August that he is waiting for PCC but we had already sent it in May with all other documents! So we had to resend it. Not sure what happened there and why our PCCs were misplaced. Perhaps my partner would have received COPR long time ago if they read his PCC back in May.

if so maybe you login before and accidentally touch the button that says removed access your application profile to web. That is one of the possible I know.

Yes i can always access before. I am waiting for any update for my reconsideration. It says i will make sure the info i entered is correct, this service is lways available for clients who has application in process

Try and clear the cache on your browser, make sure you delete all the history on your browser, then use the application details on your AIP letter to make sure u didn't make any mistake. Make sure you select the option, "Name and application number" on the first question in on the eacs page.

Hi i submitted my application june 2020 i was refused March this year. We submitted reconsideration March 25 and judicial review too. Up to now no updates. My consultant even request for updates 2x since we submitted our reconsideration request. Usually i can access my ecas and i can always see the decision made as of before.
No use the one with application number that starts with H0000......., coz if you have been refused before, it might not be linked to your UCI number in ecas anymore .

You might be right. I was thinking my old file was deleted. I am just hoping to see any changes. Someone told me my reconsideration request maybe opened and deleted my old file. I don't know. I am just staying positive to hear something new about my request.

one the decision has been made few months your profile will no longer available in ecas. Even myself when i already have my COPR few months later it never shows in ecas anymore as the decision is already made. That is normal
