@Latin40, The wait time for Quebec selection process is unimaginable. They will send you the the CSQ application it’s just takes time. After you fill out the forms and submit, it’s another wait time
I am still waiting for my CSQ and I keep wondering why they delay candidates this way.
I trust God who started it to accomplish it all. Good luck to us my friend.

Any advise or ECAS changes before they got the COPR? Or they just got the email through the lawyer or to them?

True, i understand that but PR is also so important for us.. a permanent resident has the right to live in any province or territory in Canada

Oh so lucky. My problem was that medicals forms for my family came in differents days. And now after I asked, they told me they will ask quebec my csq. So I dont know how long it will take. Hope soon.

Soon you make sure Get your vaccine now if you can both doses ASAP so they can’t delay your flight Because they are making vaccine passport nowadays everywhere in Canada

Yes you can apply for H&c but they will put your application on hold when you get your decision from judicial hearing then it will go in process
H&c is a last resort like a lottery
You were already in a worse place which is judicial review but what’s gonna happen if you apply for H&c it could get better or nothing
It’s a gambling no guts no glory no sacrifice no victory

And also I check mine still shows process too

They will likely have to make exceptions for international travellers just like they do now with mandatory tests and quarantine etc., at least for some time. Because many countries do not offer the only four vaccines accepted in Canada - Pfizer, Moderna, AZ and JJ. Some places it is just Spoutnik or Chinese vaccines, none of which is accepted here.

Yes I think thats true. Here in my country we have only sinopharm and its not accepted in canada yet

I know. My mom got Spoutnik - the only vaccine available in her country. In Canada it is the same as being completely unvaccinated. CBsA let her in but she had to do 2 tests and 14-day self isolation. I cannot imagine Canada refusing PRs entry to Canada because they cannot get an "approved" vaccine anywhere in their country.

Thank you so much please pray for me. I will apply myself. I have paid over 900 dollars in consultation and they all said u are not eligible coz u have pending judicial review
