They will send you a letter or email, telling you that your request for exemption from immigration regulations has been approved,That is when you know you have got AIP. Sometimes they request for police certificate and medical before Aip, if you didn't submit it with your initial H&C application.
Hey guys we come here begging them to grant us status but once we get the status we think of going back to our homeland for vacation or show off to our relatives back home lol
They seem to have changed this with the more streamlined processing. Either you are denied outright or your’re asked to do your medical if your file is being considered for AIP the either denied or approved. Some get approved and some get denied. It used to be that medical would always come after AIP.
I need to ask something here. Would CBSA has the reason for my H&C denial. Has everything I tried I get no where and the cic officer are telling me that my reason is with CBSA?
The best way for you to find out you need to call them or look at their website that’s only way cause a lot of policy to get change because of Covid-19 nowadays they have different policies every time

So when you say no one wants to give them to you, do you mean you’ve applied and haven’t received them or being refused or there are incomplete sections in the notes?

No notes from officer just states refused. 2 lawyers tried to get it No answer from them either. When I call the call center they say CBSA has it. When I spoke to my CBSA officer she stated to me that they are giving me wrong information and I should call back and speak to them as that is something I should get in No more than 2 weeks after refusal.
So that seems to indicate there is an investigation of some sort being performed. Usually either security or misrepresentation can result in refusal to release information, along with classified sources or non-disclosure agreements.

No I have ntn wrong on my file. As I would not get an work permit approved just 2weeks ago. And the CBSA officer is very nice and tell me alot. Stated things I will not put here. But gives me time to reapply. But I can't without notes. All there is, is that I was abused by my pervious partner and my lawyer didn't put in it. So my CBSA officer stated that I need to put this in my next application.

Did you apply for GCMS notes? There will be reasons for refusal at the end of the document. But if you intend to file appeal within 15 days, that option will not work since it will take much longer to get GCMS...
