I wish you all the best!!!! Sounds silly and very heartless to deport someone who is 7 months pregnant. I’m sure about it won’t happen! Good Luck

Hello guys, so I've received 2 emails at the same time, one is PR confirmation portal that asked me to upload my photo and addres which I did and it says in review with IRCC and another email from niagara falls which includes my CoPR and asks to print out and mail it with a photo... it looks redundant and I'm confused whether I've to mail niagara falls as well

Its not likely , you have a good grounds for deferral, if they invite you , you should request deferral of the removal order, It will be granted.

why are they still asking for your photo? how about the one you sent with your application package?

They need a recent photo for your PR card, the one you submitted with the package is more than 6 months old.

I am very worried too I saw the case on the news in 2019..where they gave the family date to leave in Jan 2020. And the lady was 7months pregnant.

A doctor will not agree that an uncomplicated pregnancy will prevent someone from flying under 35-36 weeks. They have a legal responsibility to tell the truth. If you have serious pregnancy complications or fetal distress issues that is a different story. Whether CBSA will deport a pregnant woman is unclear but a doctor is not going to risk their credibility.
