You won’t be able to reenter until you get full approval and COPR. Canada doesn’t want people to enter until there is proof they can remain for good especially if already removed.
Hi,
My H and C application June 2021 Biometric done June 2021.
My visitor record extended to December 2021 and medical passed July 2021for this extension. Kindly advise, do I need to update my H and C application with visitor extension record upto Dec.2021. I had just applied for extension before submission of H and C application in February 2021.
It is actually pretty lucky that you got the visitor record. Assume it actually may be for a parent. If the VO realized that you had filed for H&C an extension is much less likely. Assume that was your plan.
@Ayanna I saw my submitting and read through it was really a good submission he did and excellent work. So I think my best thing is to reapply as he stated. But I have a question.will it take longer to process second application? Do I need to get new letters.
Yes you need a new letter evidence from school whatever you can together
Make sure this argument supposed to be only about your children future talk about them a lot
No this application gonna be really fast Between 3 to 6 months answer

I understand this question were not addressed to me, but your friend can call Health Insurance BC at 604-683-7151 and ask for guidance to enrol for MSP with AIP. There is exemption for certain applicant of permanent residency, and I think your friend is within that category. If need be, she/he can ask for level 2 officers. level 2 are more knowledgable and can make decisions on spot.

.I have a question I will like to ask you am struggling with understanding the question below from the supplementary Infomation h&c consideration form. The question says:
If you are requesting an exemption because you or a family member are inadmissible, or do not meet any applicable criteria or obligation of the Immigration and
Refugee Protection Act, you must:
• clearly indicate in your application the specific exemption(s) you are requesting; and
• provide all details related to this request, including the reasons why you should be granted an exemption on humanitarian and compassionate grounds.
Can an experienced person in the forum explain in lame-man language what this question is all about? One major thing I do not know is what kind of exemption are they referring to? Someone told me this question is only for people that apply for refugee. is it true?
From my understanding of the question,I am guessing
1) "specific exemption(s)" is this referring to grounds for h& c such as hardship, medical reason etc ?
2) "provide all details related to this request", Is this referring for me to providing more details or describing each ground and also reasons I should be granted exemptions?
If you have a link to validate your point, kindly add the link to your response. I will appreciate so that I can spend time to read and understand the question
If we sant an email about a new information to Vancouver or Niagara, they will confirm that they received the information or not ?
Maybe @Ayanna ayanna can help me

Hi - when you apply for H&C in Canada you are applying for a waiver, or exemption, from the requirement to apply for PR from outside of Canada, The exemption has nothing to do with refugee claims so tell your friend to stick to his day job when it comes to advice regarding immigration processes.
If there is a known inadmissibility, like medical or criminal, then these can be articulated. Generally speaking you are correct that these applications detail the hardships associated with country conditions abroad, establishment in Canada and situations presented where children are effected by the need to depart Canada.

It’s depends are you on stage two or a stage one ?
If you want on stage 1 he had to send everything to Vancouver and sometimes they sent you confirmation but sometimes they don’t
You have to send to your office or exactly Sent you an email for 2 stages documents
If you’re not sure which office your been transferred have to send it by webform
