Having a longterm partner who is Canadian is a major difference between your applications unless there is a longer partner/spouse in this situation that hadn't been mentionned and that can't sponsor for some reason.

This is a good H&c argument for exemple but of course you must prove it as I said by articles, reports etc...about your home country and life conditions

Unfortunately many countries are less ideal to grow up in compared to Canada but that doesn't guarantee H&C approval.

Best interest of children hardship back home. Already establish in Canada as have been here for now 9years

Personally me and myself I did my medical and my husband but I got few days later for my daughter

Immigration’s unpredictable sometimes they sent you everything the same day and sometimes they stress you out and sent you every single request step-by-step

My friend she got her July 1 few days later they sent her husband was dated on June 28 then few days later her daughter dated on June 28

The agent said that they sent them the first days of july, and asked me to confirm, I said I didnt received. But until now no answer. Today I wrote asking again. Hope they answer me tomorrow.

I only received emails from them cause I am ot my country. They didnt send me the email. I dont know what happened there. They have to send thrm again because without the forms my family cant take the exams.
