i talked with my lawyer she told me now a days h&c application being processed faster , but i read this article it say 2020 application being refused a lot?

Probably due to an increase in The number of applicants in recent years. H&C was a relatively unknown aspect for immigration previously, with very specific requirements for approvals. Seems it’s becoming more popular as a last ditch effort or simply as a means for those who are ineligible to immigrate to get one more chance. If you have a genuine H&C grounds, the rejection rate shouldn’t be a concern.

Yeah stages 2 is more stressful and anxiety I can’t do it alone so that’s why I had a lawyer they charge me over $1000 for it to do all the paperwork properly and everything went really fast and good

90 days up to 12 months
Usually stage 2 very fast but depends on your medical and Background check

They are saying in 2022 to 75% of all H&c will get rejected
And also CBSA hiring more people for enforcement
