i got separate letter from H&c office I can’t go to my court because I was also PRRA applicant tho

You don’t need from Canada they do it themselves for you they never asked me for it

please Kemmie11 did you send your CSQ to IRCC when you received the approval or Quebec sent it to them ?

You do not need to send a copy when you receive your CSQ & "congratulations letter" it would say that they have notify IRCC that you were granted CSQ.

Yes you should attend it to avoid problems, but why they called you ?
Don't stress, they will discuss abt your problem and the removal order, you can ask for a stay of removal because you have an h&c application, you have also the right to apply for PRRA when they will ask you.
they will give you all your options , be sure that you will find a solution.

you need to show up Otherwise they will issue a warrant for you they will pick you up from your home, work or anywhere find you and they will detain you and report you

If you attend your appointment they will give you some time but you check by phone once a month or they can hold your removal process
