Yes its normal, processing time is up to 27 months

Mine is in process almost from 3 months i also in stress don't know whats going on

Likely the same officer but may not. Every person is processed individually so the rest of their family may be further down their list. This is not an unusual scenario.

All document submitted on Feb 2021
