My question is how long does it take to get corp

Hi if you are in Qc it can take between 5 months to 1 year ( maybe more or maybe less ) but every case is different and also the officers are different.
if you are in another province timeline is between 1 month to 3 or 4. again every case/officer is different.

May i know if you applied before fr assylum ? your arguments and what did you send to support your file ?

Hi, I received medical form for 2 out of 6 applicants in my family, pls who has been in this situation before and what did you do? Do I call immigration because my lawyer wants to wait for 7 days before contacting them but I feel it is too long moreover we’ve been given 30 days to submit.

It won’t apply to most people who have applied for H&C because most are out of status. Would add that it doesn’t apply to your case either as a failed asylum seeker applying for H&C.

Every individual is processed on their own. Your lawyer has given you good advice. Your whole family is likely to be contacted within 1-2 weeks.

Like I mean 2 adults and 4 children, age range 11 - 8 yrs, and I get medical request for 1 adult and a child, is it not the same officer that will process our file? Just asking though

Likely the same officer but may not. Every person is processed individually so the rest of their family may be further down their list. This is not an unusual scenario.

What of those who have not gone for hearing? @ Canuck 78. I mean refugee claimants who have not done hearing or who are not out of status are they temporary residents?

No. They are not temporary residents. This pathway does not include refugees. One of the requirements is also IELTS.
