Do you know how I can get in touch( via email or phone call) with officers at the Vancouver office? Should I email them? if so, what is the email? OR would you recommend a phone call? If so, do you know the phone number to call them?
You can PM me the information if you don't feel comfortable sharing it on the forum

Call Cic number and select options 1 1 2 5 , enter your file number and press 1 to hear about the file. After listening to the details, press 0 to talk to an agent. 8am to 4pm they are open for calls. Ask them about what letter they have sent.
Good luck! Telephone: 1-888-242-2100 (in Canada only)
