Call Cic number and select options 1 1 2 5 , enter your file number and press 1 to hear about the file. After listening to the details, press 0 to talk to an agent. 8am to 4pm they are open for calls. Ask them about what letter they have sent.

IRCC responded to me in less than 24hrs when I sent them, an email yesterday. They email me a copy of the refusal letter. Now, I and my lawyer can begin to fix all the reason(s) mention
