I am not aware of legal aid. I do not know about them. all that came to my mind was to use a lawyer as soon as i was ready to apply for H&C.

I have the following questions I will like to ask

1) Do you mind me asking how to go about applying for legal aid
2) how can I know if I am eligible?
3) Is legal aid available only in Ontario? what about in Manitoba?
4) Can I use legal aid in Ontario or my application while I live in Manitoba?

I can leave the country as of now, My husband got a pile of hospital bill post H&C application that we been trying to settle and most specially since we lived here long are going to be of homeless and jobless plus pandemic in my country.

You need to go through legal aid in the province where you are living (Manitoba). You can't use legal aid in Ontario.

Google "legal aid" + the city where you are living.

We call them they are saying they don't have any idea

Hey guys If your h$c been denied do not reapply really fast because it will going to be denied again give it time at least six months to a year to reapply again
