lawyers in Motreal are ( generally ) too weak, dumb and loves money... they don't really help their clients and they just like simple and easy cases and applications... so if there is anybody here who knows good lawyers in montreal, i ask him if possible to give me in private or here their names or adresses ...

This is the HARD PART.

I wish these decision maker understand this too.
Hardship for us is this one, when we left everything & came to the different country that is the HARD part of our life.
All of us are suffering today tomorrow our children will enjoy for sure.

this is what i have found out by my self after 10 years that
I am inadmissible....
Any time any where if you have been detained then mention in your application otherwise all these hard work of yours will fly away in front of been inadmissible.
Lawyer or immigration decision maker will not tell you the reason.
In your refusal decision made documents, before the written document read above.
Since i know my self my husband was detained in UK for 40 days and my i was detained canada border for 3 days. For this immigration will refuse your H&C

In my case, only my landlord gave id. Others are not comfortable with that but they put address and phone numbers

I also had the same concern. I learned that people would be not comfortable with giving the ID, so ended up providing the job title, address and phone number. It was sufficient in our case.

I do have a lawyer but she's through legal aid. I don't even know what's the purpose of her because I did all the work on my file. I also went through each page of what they submitted to immigration. Luckily I did because there were so many errors that they had to fix. You think your lawyer cares? Nope you're just another pay cheque to pay their bills. Invest in yourself by seeking information that will help you. Don't ever take your lawyers word for it.

Yes I had the problem I had to fixed a lot of errors again and again Basically I did my H&c only his name on the paper but he helped me a lot with my PRRA application and Federal court his good at Judicial review and federal court

the lawyer just gave me advices and I hired him for $ 3500 just to have a more professional file, he did nothing in my case, I was the one who prepared the big explanatory letter and i also prepared all proofs..
is it the same with all law firms or just because i have a bad lawyer ?

That person did not do medicals before aip.sometimes ircc do make mistakes. I went to the other forum and started looking at timeline from.page one that's where I saw that.i had not even file my application at that time
