If your application is in Vancouver then send it to Vancouver. If you don’t know where application is in then you can send it thru webform . When you send it thru webform then the webform person sends it to the right person or right place

Hi Akash it’s better to have a valid passport .90% they accept expired passport too if you have a good explanation
