I don’t know how long the background check went. But i got AIP november 20th and i got my COPR January 20th which is exactly 2months.

I had done medical in 2019 i didn’t give biometrics as they change the law if you have given biometrics within the last ten years you don’t have to give it again.

i gave biometrics when i applied for asylum in 2017. so i didn’t have to give anymore. my asylum was refused so that’s why i applied for H&C.
