I counselled with a lawyer and told him to appeal but before that tell me whether I am eligible for H&C in first place or it will be denied again? he said I have to ask for officer’s note first. And for doing it he wants 6500$ Because officer’s note is many pages and he has to read it in hours!! Lawyers just want money ‍Im so devastated.

No I asked them as well Growing pains, the legal aid told me u aren't eligible for working with us. And he supposed to call me to introduce some attorney but he didnt

$4000 For judiciary Review and $8000
the judge send back his H&c\parra for reconsideration
Now he is Permanent resident He won his appeal
