The recommendations provided are all professional lawyers not just lawyers on the block.I only recommended legal aid clinic because they know the best lawyers in town rather than having people recommend anybody to you on here.i know you have a lawyer but the point is,you’re looking for a lawyer who has better experience than the one you currently have so you either take it or leave it!

No unfortunately I don't. I wish my lawyer had told me that there was an option for people to get a work permit through the TRP.
But I believe that your best ally in this battle is sound legal advice. Check out the Legal Clinic at Dundas, ask lawyers for consultations on your case, talk through a reconsideration with your current lawyer. Look at your dossier and see if you missed on including anything. Things like pictures of volunteering, letters from your volunteering community (remember H&C cases look favorably on involvement with faith-based communities), rent leases or deeds of homes, etc. We are rooting for you. A reconsideration could really work. You need the right people in the trenches with you.
