Just relax as long it's not showing decision made and it's showing 'in process'. It's more likely your AIP

APPLICATION receive june went in PROCESS August Aip September second letter October send in all documents and medical received November also.

back ground check mean the confirmation to verification of RCMP and finger print, eligibility mean , you have job and financially strong

I thought it is from second stage they ask about your job and financial independence. Whether u re not under social assistance etc. Is it in 1st stage they check those?

Elligibility is whether you meet the requirements to apply for H&C for example you are in Canada when you applied.

As long as you don't see decision made and you still see in PROCESS and not , you have nothing to worried about

I think prior to COVid, they’d ask for medical before AIP but now, it’s AIP then medicals.Unless you asked for medical exception, they’d make you do medical first then AIP.
