I went to detention for immigration purpose not based on crime . One thing I know that I won’t be deported

Hi everyone... i recieved AIP week ago and mentiining that i need to go for medical.. but till now i ddnt recieve the medical insttuctuon letter.. should i wait for it and how long it takes to be emailed to me.. any help plz...

Yes you have to wait for it, hopefully you get it soon

please stop being pessimistic and toxic!
try to give us hope and help the members instead of imagining dark and horrible scenarios.
be optimistic and you will attract positive energy

i will apply for best interest of child , hardship to live in country of origin.
family ties in canada.
i have been here for almost 2 years.
i hope that they will approve my appication ! my kids cant live anymore in our terrible home country !

Someone on this forum said they applied after being in Canada for a year and six month or a year. I cant remember too well but hopefully they see your post and can offer some suggestions, if you like

yeah i think its me2020. he have AIP now or maybe he is PR actually....

i know other cases who got approvals .and they lived here with visitor status. but in this forums i know just like 2 or 3 cases.

of course exept parents' h&c applications who have received approvals even if their cases are not really strong ....

I was doing taxes before AIP with ITN

Hoped, You will get medical instruction within few days like within week.

In our case it was 1 month.
