I don't want to say that your application will be approved 100% because there are bad immigration officers. but if everything goes well with them I think the request will be accepted. you are essential workers for canada today.
I imagine that you are integrated in canada so i really hope everything will go well.

can i know if you have child ( if yes he is canadian or foreign ?) and have you been in canada for a long time ( up to 3 years ?) and if you applied for assylum ? if no can i know your status ?

If You been living here more than 6 months . It’s for you to declare your income and if you have Canadian born kids it would help to get benefits for them .

Thank you but I dont understand. When u dont have permit to work which income you have to declare? And then you have to pay tax for the money that you bring from yr home country. It’s too hard I think. While H&C is the ling process

I have 6 months old Canadian(girl )born also have kids who re not Canadians. I am 3 years and few months in Canada. I applied for asylum, claim got rejected, appeal got rejected but federal Judiciary has been submitted since January and no decision yet. Am not out of status

People who does their taxes it’s supports their H&C application. whenever you get your AIP they would ask you about financial support! . Till then just wait for decision.

It takes a while for the file to be updated, it will say we have received your medical results or you can call
