I have a question for anyone who can answer?, when your h&c is complete your dependent children who is not with you in Canada what's next for them, after they ask them to do medical and police record from there country?

The question here is are they also included in your H&C ?

I asked for medical exemptions. I did my medicals last year and they asked for further test in March this year.they R still processing my medicals

Still depends dear still some applicant done biometric and medical still refused for the stage one. But I hope your application will have good standing and you get your AIP buddy

If they are outside canada if the application approved for the final stage the embassy of canada in your country will ask your passport to stamp their visa counterfoil and give their CoPR document. When your application approve the embassy of canada in your country will send you an email to request their passport to drop of to a VFS Canada Visa Centre office. I hope this would help u

I don't think so.if they are out of Canada,you have to apply for them after you get your pr.they can only land with you if they are in canada and were included in your application.if they are out of canada,you can only declare them as your depended but cannot be included in the application

I don't know but all dependants of the principal applicant within the age of 21 below are included in the PR application. Weather outside or inside canada are included in the application.

Except h and c application.you must have pr before you sponsor your dependents who are outside canada.i have 3 dependents out of Canada .I could not add them in my application. I can only sponsor them after having my pr
