H&C is like a chess game.There really isn’t a fixed timeline.some people’s files moves faster then others.The good news is your application is now in process which could mean AIP soon.Hang in there.

This is a typical timeline from what I am observing on this forum. Same as ours, although completely different h&c grounds.

I also applied on June 2018 and get the AIP on June 2020, 2 months after they started to process my application. I think you will have a decision soon

Got 4 kids the last child is a Canadian

H&C application continue if someone has had to leave Canada but in order to apply they must have been in Canada.

Understand you don’t want to share details but your situation is beyond unusual. Have never seen an approval be processed so quickly. Is it a situation where your child needs urgent medical attention for an ongoing serious medical condition. Can only imagine that such a fast process would be related to an immediate need for lifesaving healthcare.

I have a question for anyone that can answer my husband trp and work permit expired but he renewed it our lawyer sent us a email that it was send to a local office which she said that is good,it also mentioned that all family members have a valid passport! It's the first time they mention about family members I'm out of status ?it's been six weeks since they sent that email. Is it possible that they are working with the H&C at the same time?
