H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

You must have other factors that you’re not sharing(which is okay) that’s caused your application to be expedited.Never heard of H&C being processed this fast.But hey! It’s always something new with this type of app

Agree that this is extremely unusual. This is beyond expediting if you get an answer in 1 month. Is this an H&C claim or an application for another permit based on an H&C situation. Best interest of a child is usually not that fast and a common H&C reason. Perhaps this has to do with lifesaving treatment but I would still be surprised at the processing time. Guess we will all have to see if the contact does lead to AIP.

I hope so.Been waiting since December 2019.And my application went in process April.Yet my AOR says they sent me Biometrics instructions back in March:/ Instead I received it in July
