No! his application went in process back in June which was 9 months after his application was received.Then two months later,he got a call from IRCC.He will be getting AIP soon.We love to see this

Yes! I doubt they’d call if they were going to refuse you.They’d write you instead if it’s refusal

No refugee but I have TRP refusal because I am not qualified to be issued a TRP because I still have valid status and my status didn't lapsed

So your H&C is based off TRP refusal?

The Officer told me that they will send me an email and its being getting ready. The Officer is very kind and such a genuine heart the way it speaks to me.

Based on what other members from this platform and some other H&C platforms,once you get a call from a senior IRCC rep,you definitely are getting approved.They usually ask to ask if you work or on assistance.Depending on your case.But it’s been positive thus far

You must have other factors that you’re not sharing(which is okay) that’s caused your application to be expedited.Never heard of H&C being processed this fast.But hey! It’s always something new with this type of app

I heard about rare circumstances in which the cases have expedited, mostly when it involves best interest of a child. But on average people in this forum report 2 years before moving to IN PROCESS and probably few more months before the decision is made.

I have notice, some people does get AIP at early stage but takes longer for COPR.
Or
Takes time for AIP but then COPR comes within few months (like happened with me)
