Hi guys I check ECAS today there’s mentions decision made on 23 jun what is that’s it means my application positive..?

It means a decision has been made but doesn't indicate if positive or negative. Do you have AIP already?

No I don’t get before AIP or nothing .. decision made on 26th months

Ususally AIP is issued before the decision. But IRCC may be doing things differently right now. Hard to say what the decision is.

If decision made before Aip it’s mean refusal Or negative if you got Aip that means positive

You face two scenarios, an ECAS error or a refusal. I received AIP this week after almost 25 months and in the email they said that there are still two phases and that I will have to wait for another email with instructions. From what I have been observing, it is normal for the CIC to ask you for more information such as medical exams, criminality, etc. or to grant you an AIP first. If none of the above has happened to you and your ECAS shows "Decision made" it is highly probable that you have not been granted the exemption. You can only wait to receive a letter or email informing you what has happened or call the call center and try to get more information, even though they have limited information and often not up to date. Hope i am wrong.
