I received my second gcms notes today,not a significant change from the first one but it says app status open reason. transfer file due to work load or something,secondary office has been changed to Niagra,and one officer has been assigned last month,does it mean we can expect a decision soon?the file is almost 21 months old

Same here my second GCMS is the same criminality passed, eligibility not started, security not started, Info sharing is process but it says completed to be reviewed. Isnt info sharing same as security? I dont get it.
