If I were you, I would not apply for PRRA while your H&C application in progress and you can stay in Canada meanwhile. You are almost there Robin. I don’t understand why they asked you right now.

Unfortunately, after I filed the complaint, I discovered that she is not a lawyer; she is an immigration consultant. thus, nothing can be done.
However, for others who may experience the same issue, I was informed that lawyers are required to provide all documents to their clients

Good evening everyone, I have applied for H&C on February 2024 and PRRA July 2024, the CBSA officer said I should expect my PRRA results in 6-8 months! How accurate is this time line? Also when can i expect to hear back for H&C? Currently on the portal it just shows submitted! Your responses will be highly appreciated!

Hey @Robin220 I don't think it's worth it to spend $12K for PRRA. I am not sure what extra would he submit in PRRA that he missed while applying H&C for you and charging 12k for the same. There's no harm in changing the lawyer. Please search someone who has good reviews and charges reasonable.

@Taweda are you sure the consultants are not? I believe they are obligated too. Are you in Montreal?
