Hi @Taweda, you are entitled to have a copy of your application if the lawyer is refusing to send you your file let them know that you will be reporting them to law society.
In the mean time please send an email to the officer explaining that your lawyer is refusing to send you a copy of your application and that you are asking for more time to submit what they are requesting.

I agree with this. The lawyer needs to hand this information over.
I would recommend sending this request via email to your lawyer, set a deadline for your lawyer to respond (e.g. within 5 business days), indicate that you have previously requested this information and it has not been provided. Say you will file a complaint with the law society if the complete set of information is not returned to you within the timeline stated.
Thank you all. I will send her another email and see. In the meantime I will be completing the CSQ forms and preparing the other documents.
Just I wan to confirm with you guys, the document that is required by IMFI is the IMM5283 right. I think this is the form where the lawyer stated all the information and arguments
Hello, I just received the instructions to do the medical for my child only ( medically inadmissible ), June 2023 H&C application submitted. We did not request medical exemption as she was medically inadmissible in 2017 when we applied for PR but after coming to Canada on TRP they found she is no longer medically inadmissible
does any one have any experience with medical inadmissibility and how long it takes for them to grant/refuse AIP after medical?

Unfortunately, they refused to give me anything. The secretary replied to my calls and said they are not a representative anymore, and that the Supplementary Information (IMM 5283) belongs to them.
I am now hesitant to contact the IRCC officer directly. Is it normal to have back-and-forth communication with them, or could this be seen as problematic? @Pear23@Jambol@MRawat
