I have also called IRCC and the agent said if you choose to change province, it will be considered as a new application and they'll do all the process again like background checks, info sharing etc... Not sure if it's true, have to check from my lawyer as well. But one thing that was very disheartening to hear that "you are still under processing time" after 26 months bcoz it's 51 months now in quebec

Hi, tried to call auto agent yesterday and today. I got a message after entering all info "to serve you better, we are transferring to speak to an agent ". Anyone have same problem?
@Ivy.998 you get that response when application is no longer in process. Check status online or contact your lawyer if you have one. If not check your email. Best of luck

Hi @Taweda!
I am still waiting for CSQ forms as well. We are also waiting for medical forms. In our case, these didn't come with the AIP.
I called MIFI last week but didn't get an answer about it. I believe the person who took my call doesn't know anything about IRCC sending them a CSQ request.

I totally agree with @wello711. Two of my friends moved midway into their H&C and were approved.
H&C is Federal application. In AIP, they will tell you ‘we will continue to process your application if Quebec does not approve your CSQ provided you move to another province’
In my opinion patience is the key while praying for a positive outcome.
My family waited to get our PR before moving.
Patience is the key while praying for a positive outcome. Don’t be in a hurry to leave Quebec. It’s a beautiful province. We only left because of language limitations and I will return to Quebec in the future. Good luck everyone.

yo llevo 33 meses esperando.. y nada! También en Quebec
