After a long wait and sleepless night, We received our AIP today from IRCC.
This was a long wait and i pray that all those waiting will also receive a good news soonest.
Thank you to the office of my MP for the consistent follow up and persistence,
Application was submitted in Dec 2021
AIP received today Feb 6th 2024.
Thank you to everyone who has taken their time to encourage those in wait and thank God for his mercies !
May we all find help at the time of our needs ! Amen.

26 months - it is the conclusion of older cases that will cause the average processing time to increase. Someone mentioned that it went up to 19 months so they've been doing some older work.., "obviously."
This process has priorities within their inventories of PRRA & H&C. People ask about each other's timelines but it's meaningless if the priority context is missing.
Is your H&C a priority? If there's a PRRA too then it may be. It's a PRRA office that also does H&Cs.

My lawyer told me the same however there is no update yet on my application. It has been 7 months since I applied for H&C and a year for PRRA.
