PRRA will be given if your Judicial review is up too a year. Please attend the interview, all the best.

I have just checked my judicial review decision was rendered in Jun 2023 , so not sure i would be offered a PRRA

i have a special child ( 7 year old ) not sure how it will help our situation if somebody can help us

I have a question, so our federal was dismissed in Dec 2022 but decision was made on August 2023, does CBSA will consider Dec 2022 or August 2023 for PRRA

i submitted additional forms for family details to IRCC and this is for H&C and today officer put notes received independent child And the truth is dependent it’s in back home I am in Canada
Is independent eligibile to add even if she is over sea and under 21 years old or she have to be in Canada ?

For H&C, dependant children will have to be in Canada to be included in the application.
You can file for them after you become PR. Wishing you best of luck.

Dependent over 22 now and when I apply she is 19 years old and dependent now at back home not in Canada but officer said dependent is eligible to be add and now officer email me

Based on my understanding the officer is in the process of adding your dependent and they will contact you if additional documentation is needed. All the best
