There is no way to contact this office. All we can do send webform, email to main office , order atip, MP involve or call centre

yeah I did, he didn’t say anything specific he just advised nothing can say until you receive AIP but if you received medical we can just say your eligibility is in process

Who said that ? If medical passed means eligibility is in process???
I got confirmation in three deferent ways GCMS notes and agent from call centre as well as MP update that my eligibility is not started yet

Can you ask him if it’s positive sign to get AIP ? Cause usually they request medical after AIP

Sometimes they request medical before AIP. Some members experienced it that way. I think it depends on the officer and also the case. Good luck my friends.

- Got AIP in March 2022
- Medical done March 2022
- medical received April 2022
Today status changed in Ecas to : decision made
No portal email yet
I contacted IRCC they could not see in the system if it’s approval or not. They just asked me to wait for email about decision. Anyone has experienced similar situation?

Bottom line IRCC does not consider expedited or urgent request for H&C and there's no guidelines whatsoever. Few cases that were processed below processing time doesnt make it a standard procedure.
