There are so many options for different forms i already fill it why they are showing again

I'm not sure why that is happening but in the portal you should see three options
1. Permanent residence application
2. Permanent residence confirmation
3. Permanent resident pr card/pr travel document

Number 2 is the one you should click on

You should’ve waited for IRCC to send you portal login details rather than you creating one for yourself.

There is only option 1 and 3 is available.

I believe you're having that issue because you created the portal yourself. You should have waited for them to create it for you since that wasn't what you used to submit your application. You might have to contact them.

How it works IRCC will send you the first portal email to fill name, dates of entry etc then they will create a portal for you and send you the log in credentials.

In the portal email you will see how to contact them if you're having issues. Please reach out to them.

If you’re confirming your status as a permanent resident, when it’s time to do so we will:

• create an account for you and
• email you your username and temporary password

As you can see here they would have created the portal for you when it's time to confirm your status as a permanent resident.
