Ok the portal it will say medical received. And it’s normally 7business days after medical is done

you can use email, you already have Niagara ircc officer email, you received first one before portal, am same boat, still waiting copr , uploaded photo November 8, but my friend emailed he got ecopr, am sending email tomorrow morning, best of luck
